The  vision of 

Dr Amos Dada as new CAC MA leader. -Comprehensive Reform

I want to thank the Principal officers of CAC Nigeria and Overseas and the Regional Superintendent, Pastor  Dr T. A.O Agbeja for this appointment and opportunity to serve. 

To God be all the glory.

Hab 2 :1-3 “I will stand at my guard post and station myself on the ramparts. I will watch to see what He will say to me, and how I should answer when corrected. 2Then the LORD answered me: “Write down this vision and clearly inscribe it on tablets, so that a herald may run with it. 3For the vision awaits an appointed time; it testifies of the end and does not lie. Though it lingers, wait for it, since it will surely come and will not delay. “ 

Three philosophies I will want us to focus upon. 

Renewal, Refocus and  Restoration

Renewal: We shall renew our old structures, prayer structures, evangelical structure, project structures .

Refocus- focus on building men. Developing our human capacity. Developing us as Fathers, Husbands, Grandfathers, Uncles  as men of nobility. Through training, retraining, targeted meetings, engagement of men, change of mentality. As I said last week we shall intentionally change our pronouncements and views about Men. My father is my hero. My father’s appellation was Jesukoyosi. Because when you greet him his usual reply was Jesuakoyosayere in his Ekiti dialect.  I dedicated some of my books to him. When I was young I was rascally and always fighting, in anger my father will say “it will be well with you as I am looking at you. “ That prophecy is what I believe has taken me to over 80 nations and it’s what I teach. 

Restoration: Haggai 2:9. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts. “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.”


How are we going to do this?

We are going to rely heavily on the leading of the Holy Spirit. Trinity 

John 14:26

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Existing Structures.

We have 23 DCC./ Zones So we have at least  46 people on this board meeting. I am told we should have 3 people from each Zone/Dcc. So our board we shall have 60. People . There are new zones that have just been created. We are going to request through our Secretary and the DCC Superintendents for there name. 


1 . Write a letter of appreciation.

2. Develop CAC MA letter head. With all the executives. 

3. To appreciate the out-going executive members that served with the former administration, and put their service on permanent record we shall make plaques for the office of Deputy leader, General Secretary, Treasurer and Publicity Secretary. The good women did that and it is novelty. 

4. Request for list of all pastors . 

5. Request for list of all CAC MA leader .in Latunde Region

6. Develop a comprehensive list/ Excel Sheet  of all CAC Men in Latunde  region. Comprise of DCC Superintendents/ Zonal Superintendents, with the Pastors, Men Leader, Board members that represent the on CACMA and  men in all the assemblies, with their emails, phone numbers. Possibly creat a WhtasApp group that  will be managed by admin only

7. Organise  New Leadership familiarization your.  Virtual tour zoom meeting with All Men in Different Zone/  or Collectively- Meet you new Chairman tour . In Person tour . We shall share with them the vision of CACMA afresh - where there is no vision the people perish. They are constrained.

8. Request for list of All Leaders in CAC MA in the 12 regions in CAC worldwide . I have requested for the contact of the National Chairman and his Vice in Nigeria. I have that of the Vice I have sent a WhatsApp message to him. 

9. Propose CACMA council for all leaders for cross pollination and consequent fertilization of ideas 

10. Develop gradually CAC MA mentorship, Bible Study and Evangelism programs 

11. Develop CACMA DAY . World wide Convention Week at Arakeji . Liaise with All CACMA leaders in the 12 regions. 

12. Develop Or Strengthen and Encourage CACMA  Annual convention for each DCC/ Zone and General retreat/ conference, convention in Latunde region. For example we shall have the dates of the zones convention. The ones the leadership can attend we shall attend .

13. Develop Annual Conference Call Men of Nobility Conference.  It could be through online or in person . It could be a one day conference or two days. Those are the opportunities we are going to use to give ourselves fresh look, teachings and trainings

14. Maintain / Restructure Quarterly CACMA PRAYER.  We shall invite the Caucasians to our meetings.

15. Develop relationship with Christian world leaders - That will come and minister in our conference- Olukoya, Kumuyi, Adeboye, Oladele , ECWA, 

16. Develop Periodic press release on what God is saying to the nations . 

17. Develop. Annual program every January and run with it. 

18. Develop methods to raise money for the Association and our region corporately.

19. Develop how the Association will help their region financially .  

20. Write book on Men mentorship.- proposed topics- Managing Men. From Different world leaders. - Men as the Leader . Men as Fathers. Why Men Cannot be aloof! The rising of a new CAC. CAC of our Dream- 

21. Recommend  quarterly books for Men To Read for their Development. 

22. Develop strategy for growth of men numerically . 

23. Create a think tank - committee.

24. Create a website for the association 

25. Create Prayer/ Intercessory committee that will be praying for our Association- Pastor Titus Oluwatuyi will lead the meeting. 

26. Our board meeting will be restructured- one will be operational meetings another one will be prayer meeting.  The operational meeting will be to find out what is going on the each zone. Each leader of each zone will give give a brief report of what is going on there
